Industrial
Chemical, manufacturing and slaughterhouse streams with variable load.
Products & Solutions
High-rate settling for streams that need chemical treatment, gravity separation, or both.
Overview
Ion Agua specializes in treating wastewater generated from sources which might need chemical treatment and/or gravity settling. Tube settlers and lamella clarifiers are common high-rate clarifiers used for pre-treatment of industrial wastewater.
Both work on the same principle: inclined plates or tubes multiply the effective settling area within a given tank volume, so a high-rate unit achieves in a compact footprint what a conventional clarifier needs several times the plan area to do.
Ion Agua offers customized design and fabrication of these clarifier systems using various construction materials, equipment and media.
