How we treat industrial effluent

    Characterise

    Full analysis of flow, COD, BOD, nitrogen, metals, salinity and inhibitory compounds across the production cycle.

  2. 02

    Balance and condition

    Equalisation and chemical conditioning so downstream stages see a consistent, treatable feed.

  3. 03

    Physical separation

    DAF or clarification removes FOG, suspended solids and precipitated metals.

  4. 04

    Biological treatment

    MBBR or MBR converts the organic load, selected on tolerance to load swings and reuse requirements.

  5. 05

    Polish and recover

    Activated carbon, reverse osmosis and disinfection bring the stream to discharge or reuse standard.
