We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, that is:

- The area of interest you select
- The description of your water or wastewater stream that you write in the message field
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website. Our hosting provider may keep standard server access logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a technical proposal. We may contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet our commercial and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send confidential commercial data through the enquiry form — tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure channel.
