    Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)

    MBR combines ultrafiltration with the activated sludge process — the most advanced technology available in the market. Ion Agua has helped municipal, industrial and food & beverage customers treat and recycle water for non-potable purposes, and it is an excellent option for retrofitting and upgrading existing WWTP installations.

    Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR)

    An aeration tank similar to an activated sludge tank, fitted with special plastic carriers that provide a far higher surface area for biofilm growth. More advanced than conventional treatment, it produces a consistent quality of treated wastewater.

    Activated Carbon (GAC & PAC)

    Dissolved organic compounds such as BTEX, PFAS and other water-soluble organics are effectively removed using granular and powdered activated carbon units. Sized to the wastewater content and volume, these modular systems can be rapidly mobilised to remove dissolved organics down to the sub parts per billion range.

    Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)

    Ideal for removing fats, oil and grease from industrial waste streams, DAF scales to very high flow rates. We offer corrosion-resistant designs suited to removing iron from high salt content brines, plus semi- and fully-automated pump technology systems from 100 to 5,000 gallons per minute.
